At Pathri, we are committed to providing high-quality edible oils, pooja ghee, and edible ghee. Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted in case of quality issues or product defects. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or tampered with upon delivery.
• The product is expired or of compromised quality.
• The wrong product was delivered.

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

• The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
• The return request is made beyond the specified return window.
• The issue is due to personal preference or taste.

2. Return Request Process

• Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items with minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
• Opened or partially used products.

5. Shipping and Pickup

• If a return is approved, MyGuinea will arrange a pickup from the original delivery location.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packed for return.
• If the pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be required to ship the product back to us.
